We are glad to see you in the Childhood Museum and on the Observation Deck of the Central Children's Store on Lubyanka!

Safety of our visitors is our top priority.

We ask you to observe a few simple rules:

• Respect public order: do not make noise and do not use foul language

• Do not litter

• Visiting the Museum and the Observation Deck in an unkempt state, in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication

• Carrying flammable, explosive, poisonous substances, firearms and cold weapons.

• Taking photos and videos with the use of aircraft (drones) and other special equipment prohibited for use in accordance with the regulations of the state authorities of the Russian Federation.

• Smoking, including electronic cigarettes

• Consuming alcoholic beverages

• Running around, as well as using rollerblades and riding bicycles, skateboards, scooters and other means of transportation

• Leaning on the railing of the Observation Deck

• Breaking into niches, hatches and fire cabinets

• Engaging in unauthorized advertising (surveys, signature gathering and/or other activities), educational and commercial activities, and commercial photography.

• Violating sanitary norms and rules issued by public authorities of the Russian Federation

• Performing any kind of propaganda activity

• Placing any advertising and propaganda media on the observation deck

• Filming any video clips that will be used for the purpose of propaganda, calling for and encouraging actions, used for public and other purposes other than personal use

In case of damage to the CCS property, the visitor undertakes to repair it at their own expense.
